Our venues are located in the Metro Detroit area. Each venue is unique from the next and vary in size, finishes, and floor plans making it easy for Eventus to help you find the perfect space.
We can accommodate a wide range of events whether it is a corporate meeting, wedding reception, private gathering, promotional party, and many more!
THE RIVERSIDE
200 Seated, 300 Strolling
The Riverside is home to a unique event space nestled in a restored 1920’s cold storage warehouse.
With up to 8,000 square feet available, these spaces can be used separately or together to accommodate event sizes from 20 to 300 guests without forgoing intimacy.
The Riverside features white-washed exposed brick, Albert Kahn-style martini columns, refinished concrete floors and 12ft ceilings. These combined with countless other original features leave The Riverside with the perfect touch of raw industrialism.
