THE RIVERSIDE

The Riverside is home to a unique event space nestled in a restored 1920’s cold storage warehouse.
With up to 8,000 square feet available, these spaces can be used separately or together to accommodate event sizes from 20 to 300 guests without forgoing intimacy.
The Riverside features white-washed exposed brick, Albert Kahn-style martini columns, refinished concrete floors and 12ft ceilings. These combined with countless other original features leave The Riverside with the perfect touch of raw industrialism.

District 5 is in the heart of Eastern Market. Built in 1940, the venue has several original features combined with modern amenities.
It is an industrial event space with two floors and an indoor/outdoor rooftop. This unique space can host any event from weddings, engagement parties to birthday parties, any private or corporate event!
